- Ceremony: 5:30 pm, the Honeycomb (also known as “Peoples Gas Pavilion”)
- Cocktail Hour: 6:00 – 7:00 pm, North Loggia at Café Brauer
- Dinner: 7:00 pm, Great Hall at Café Brauer
- Reception & Dance: 8:00 pm – Midnight, Great Hall at Café Brauer
